Intry Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Bytesize LLC, doing business as Intry. By creating an account or using the Intry platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Intry on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Services
Intry provides a cloud-based smart building access management platform, including: virtual phone number-based entry routing, resident approval/denial workflows, push and SMS notifications, property and unit management, admin dashboards, mobile applications, and associated APIs and integrations.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Intry is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials. You may not share account access or impersonate another user.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Intry to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) interfere with or disrupt Intry systems or infrastructure; (c) attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data; (d) use the platform in a manner that endangers physical safety; (e) send unsolicited communications; (f) circumvent any access controls or rate limits; or (g) engage in any use prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are charged in advance. Intry reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless Intry is required to collect them. Refunds are governed by our refund policy as communicated at time of purchase.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Intry may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with [30] days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
7. Disclaimers & Emergency Limitations
INTRY IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRITICALLY: INTRY IS NOT A LIFE-SAFETY OR EMERGENCY ACCESS SYSTEM. Access through Intry depends on telephone networks, Twilio’s infrastructure, push notification services, internet connectivity, device settings, and building hardware — factors outside our control. Do not rely on Intry as the sole means of building access, particularly in emergencies. Always maintain alternative physical access methods.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTRY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. INTRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Atlanta, Georgia. You waive the right to participate in a class action. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for injunctive relief or IP infringement.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with [30] days advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
