1. Will Intry work in my building?

If your property manager set up Intry, you're already ready — download the app and you'll connect automatically. If you're not sure, ask your property manager whether Intry is active at your community.

2. Does my landlord or building need to install anything?

No hardware installation required. Intry works with the callbox and gate system your building already has. Your property manager handles the setup on their end — residents just download the app.

3. What actually happens when someone buzzes my unit?

You get a push notification on your phone. Tap approve and the gate opens automatically. If you miss the push notification, Intry can reach you by SMS or phone call as a backup — you set this up in your preferences.

4. Can my roommate use it too?

Yes. Go to your settings and add anyone in your household. Each person gets their own notifications when someone buzzes the building, and each person can approve or deny independently.

5. Is it secure?

Every entry is logged with a timestamp — you can see exactly who was let in, when, and from which device approved it. You're always in the loop, and nobody gets in without a record of it.
