This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Intry mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by Bytesize LLC, doing business as (“Intry”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

Intry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on mobile devices you own or control, solely for your personal use as an authorized Intry resident or property manager. This license does not include the right to modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.

2. Platform Distribution

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use is also governed by the applicable platform’s terms of service. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims relating to the App.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

Push notifications — Required to receive access event alerts. You may disable this in device settings, which will prevent access notifications. Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) — Optional, used for fast access approval. Data never leaves your device. Network access — Required for all platform functionality.

4. Push Notifications

Push tokens (Expo/FCM/APNs) are collected to deliver access event notifications. You may opt out of push notifications via device settings. Critical access events may fall back to SMS if push delivery fails (if SMS opt-in is enabled). Push tokens are not shared with third parties beyond Expo, Firebase/FCM, and Apple APNs for notification delivery.

5. Crash Reporting & Diagnostics

The App uses Sentry and LogRocket for crash reporting and session replay diagnostics. These tools may collect device information, app state, interaction data, and error logs to help us improve the App. Diagnostic and crash reporting tools are configured to automatically redact and exclude personally identifiable information (PII) before transmission. 6. Updates

Intry may release App updates via the App Store or Google Play. Certain updates may be required to continue using the platform. Intry is not responsible for issues arising from use of outdated App versions.

7. No Warranty; Emergency Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” INTRY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE APP IS NOT A LIFE-SAFETY DEVICE. DO NOT RELY ON THE APP AS YOUR SOLE MEANS OF BUILDING ACCESS, PARTICULARLY IN EMERGENCIES.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA or your Intry account is terminated. Upon termination, you must delete the App from all devices.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the arbitration clause in Intry’s Terms of Service.
