1. Resident Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply specifically to residents accessing Intry through the resident portal or mobile application. By creating a resident account, you accept these Terms.

2. Resident Account

Your Intry resident account is tied to a specific property and unit as assigned by your property manager. Your account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

3. Access Decisions

You are solely responsible for access decisions you make using Intry — including approving or denying entry to visitors. Intry facilitates access decisions but does not independently verify visitor identities. Do not approve access for individuals you do not recognize or trust.

4. Notification Consent

By creating an account and enabling notifications, you consent to receive push notifications and, where opted in, SMS messages regarding access events at your unit. You may adjust notification preferences in your account settings. SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any Intry message.

5. Accurate Information

You agree to provide and maintain accurate phone number(s) and contact information. Incorrect information may result in missed access notifications, which Intry is not responsible for.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use your resident account to: share access credentials with non-residents, attempt to access other units or properties, or use Intry APIs or data without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intry is a notification and approval facilitation tool only. We are not responsible for physical security outcomes, unauthorized entry by persons you approved, or access failures due to factors outside our control (network outages, device issues, building hardware failures). Maintain alternative physical access at all times.
